DELIVERY METHODS

The Bottarga di Tonno Group s.r.l. delivers the product with the methods and times indicated in the shipping option chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times are approximate and are in no way binding for La Bottarga di Tonno Group s.r.l.; may very depending on the order (for example, availability of the product) or for other reasons depending on the couriers in charge of the shipment. At the time of delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and corresponds to what is described in the accompanying documet. In the event that there is no correspondence between the order and delivery, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal as provided for by the conditions of sale.

Free Shipping in Italy for orders over €70; Shipping €8 for orders less than €70.

Free Shipping Abroad for orders over €200; Shipping €16 for orders less than €200.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (ALL EU COOUNTRIES)

After the first attempt of delivery to the address by the customer in order on www.marepuro.it if the recipient is not present, the couruer in charge will inform the customer, through a written notice filed in th mailbox, that the delivery it did not happen. The Customer can therefore contact the Corriere, agreeing a second edelivery date; the second delivery can also take place at an address different from the one indicated in the order with an additional cost. If within 7 days from the first delivery attempt the Customer has not contacted the Courier, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be reimbursed the cost of the product, net of the costs of custody and return.

NORMAL SHIPPING (ONLY ITALY)

The courier in charge of the delivery will make two attempts to deliver the product, to the address indicated by the customer in order on marepuro.it; after the second delivery attempt, the Courier could call the Customer at the telephone number indicated in the order, to agree the delivery date; if the Customer will not be present at the third delivery attempt agreed with the Courier, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be reimbursed the cost of the product, net of the costs of custody and return.
