Water: non-renewable resource, requires the group to find solutions that allow a more retionl use.
For this reason, in 2011 the company adopted a rain and water recovery system.
Electricity: It is a resource that the Group systematically rationalizes, through a stronger policy of energy saving. The next corporate objective is to focus on the adoption of photovoltaic systems. so as to directly exploit solar energy.
Corbon Dioxide: the company does not produce CO2 emissions or gases that are harmful to the atmosphere, becouse the entire production is hand-made.
QUALITY AND SAFETY
Attention and respect for the consumers health are fundamental values for the company.
The entire production process, from the procurement of the raw material to the packaging is fully traceable and respects strict hygienic-quality standards.
The company has recently obtained certifications on food safety: BRC FOOD and IFS.
Moreover, a team of biologists dailymonitors all the phases of the production process and carries out research and development activities in line with the new consumption trends.
