The Trapanese Busiate to the Tuna with Mediterranean are exceptional products, typical pasta shapes of Trapanese in Sicily. They appear like long macaroni twisted on themselves. The Trapanese Busiate is so called because the macaroon is twisted to a twig of "buso" that is the plant of the ampelodesmo. They are produced with Sicilian durum wheat semolina that comes from crops and water. They are filtered by the bronze to put on the condiments to be joined copiously and make the tasting a real poetry
